Our quotes are valid for 15 days. Tbc
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your event. The remaining 50% needs to be paid at the latest 48 hours before your event date. Deposit is refundable prior to 14 days before the event date. After this time, all deposits are non-refundable.
Any event cancelled prior to 48 hours of the event, will need to be paid in full from the final confirmed quote.
Staff comes 2 hours from event start time to set-up and prepare, and will stay a minimum of 2 hours after the event to clear and clean up the event and bar area (this will vary depending on the event type and number of guest, and will be confirmed with the quote as more or fewer hours may be needed).
Any extra hours added on the day from the original quote, will be charged at 25% extra of the hourly price of the quote.
Any extra guests added on the day of the event, will have to be payed on the day with the bar manager.

Muddle prioritizes safety and to keep us all safe, all staff is required to wear gloves and masks at all times, and use antiseptic gel as often as needed . They will respect a safe distance and be covid conscious throughout your event.
We have take away covid menus available and any open bottles left over can be sold.
We have delicious ready made cocktails in bottles, as well as cocktail packs with shakers and cocktail tools ready for you to take away and try at home. Tbc

Pay pal, credit and debit card, bank transfer and revolut are all accepted payment methods.

You provide the alcohol and all beverages, and you pay just for our bar service. In addition to the staff, we will also provide the ice, fruits, straws, napkins and all drinks preparation tools. The advantage of a dry bar is it is more economical and you control your stock and brands selection. Muddle will provide you with a complete list of ingredients needed and the necessary quantity.

There is no charge if they are under 15 years of age. We charge 50% only if they are between 15 and 18 years old. It is important for us to know the exact number of guests, including the children for wedding events.

For big events, we prefer to come the day before, so we can set-up as much as possible to minimise disturbing your guests on the day of the event. We prefer finishing all the break-down after the event, but we would appreciate the option to come back the next day, to collect any large items we were unable to remove the night before.
